Our dedication to the health and safety of out team, visitors to site and our sub-contractors is evident through the procedures we encourage to all who attend our site. We regularly hold toolbox talks and discussions are integrated into every management meeting. As we recognise that health and safety is an ongoing journey and not a destination, that is why we cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
Every interaction, whether its routine toolbox talks or comprehensive management meetings, serves as a platform for evolving our practices. We meticulously manage daily risk for such things as hazardous substances, which, is supported by a comprehensive COSHH data sheet covering all processed materials. Additionally, we conduct robust weekly and monthly Health and Safety audits to ensure adherence to procedures.
This confirms that our health, safety and wellbeing commitment is not just a priority—it is THE PRIORITY deeply embedded in our organisations culture always with an eye on better working practices while maintaining our exacting standards.
Quality, Health
and Safety
In any organisation, the question of responsibility for quality and health & safety often arises. The benchmark for the quality of our work and safe
operational practices are demonstrated by our products, services and commitment of our team.
Our solution is to empower individuals to take responsibility and ownership in everything they do. This doesn't mean an overwhelming workload for every engineer and employee. Instead, it means that each person, along with their
team, is focused on working to the best of their ability and contributing towards enhancing the quality of our work and adherence to health and safety regulations. This gives our customers and our employees the assurances we can achieve
our aims of quality and strengthen which is core to our foundation. This enables everyone to reap the benefits.
QHSE and Commitment to Individual Ownership
To support all our endeavours, we encourage a culture of continuous improvement. We know that when genuine quality improvements are made, few can offer more. Our ongoing efforts focus on delivering an excellent service right first time, is paramount in our focus on attaining 100% customer satisfaction.

Work Life Balance
Environment
A sustainable future
We are dedicated to environmental sustainability, constantly striving to minimise our impact on the planet. Over the past two years, we have taken significant steps to introduce a greener type of manufacturing, focusing on waste reduction, energy use reduction and recycling initiatives. All with the intention of lowering our carbon footprint.
One notable achievement has been the complete transition to energy-efficient lighting, resulting in a reduction of our carbon footprint by two thousand tons per year. Moving forward, our vision is for the next two years the installation of solar panels during the re-sheeting of our factory, this again supports our commitment to
further reduce our environmental impact.
In addition, we plan to transition our heating systems from gas to electric, representing another significant step towards sustainability.
Together, these initiatives are projected to reduce our carbon footprint by twenty five thousand tons per year, aligning with our commitment to environmental stewardship and responsible business practices.
