Our Commitment:

Our aim is to develop sustainable business through collaboration with our stakeholders always with continuous improvement to all processes at the forefront of operations.

 

Environmental:

We strive to design and implement processes that minimise resource consumption, waste generation, and environmental impact. Our commitment to Net Zero Carbon involves minimising or offsetting carbon emissions, aligning with our environmental policy.

The use of renewable energy sources and the investment into energy-efficient technologies are key components of our environmentally conscious engineering.

Implemented waste management strategy, planned recovery and recycling of materials, as well as the reduction of hazardous substances, contribute to a positive environmental impact.

We research the development of technologies used in our exiting practices to develop sustainable working future.

 

Social:

Engagement with all stakeholders affected by our projects, ensuring active involvement with our strong Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) documented culture. Promoting ethical and fair working practices, the proactive monitoring and support of employee well-being, mental health first aid personnel for daily support and a company backed health scheme membership.

Commitment to diversity and inclusion when employing personnel. Active training plans for new and existing employees both internally and externally. Community support including charitable contributions and sponsorship of local sports teams and projects.

 

 

Governance:

Integrity in business promoting ethical standards with legal compliance in all business dealings. Maintain transparency in decision-making processes, communicating openly about project goals, risks, and outcomes.

Identify and address potential risks associated with environmental, social, and governance factors, mitigating negative impacts. Central to how we conduct the dissemination of our policies during inductions and encourage adherence to these policies such as Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy, Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy, and Equality and Diversity Policy.

 

Partnerships and Collaboration:

Engaging in partnerships with other organisations and industry bodies to address shared environmental and social challenges. Collaborating with suppliers and partners to ensure that the entire supply chain adheres to our ESG principles.

 

Our aim:

is to communicate to all employees and stakeholders working with or on our behalf. This policy is to be reviewed annually by all directors and senior management and to be amended if deemed necessary.
